Information we collect

When you request a quote or book a time, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, address, phone number, email, and details about the work you need.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and carry out work, and send estimates and invoices. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages & email

By submitting the quote form with your phone number, you agree to receive text messages related to your request — a confirmation when you submit, and messages related to scheduling your project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or contact us using the details below. We may also email you a copy of the same information.

How we store and share it

Your information is stored in a database hosted by Neon, and the site itself is hosted by Vercel. We use Twilio to send text messages and Resend to send email — both only receive the information needed to deliver that specific message (e.g. your phone number and message text, or your email address). None of these providers use your information for their own marketing. We don't sell your information, and we only share it further where necessary to complete your project or where required by law.

The “Where We Work” section shows an embedded Google Map. Loading it sends standard request information (such as your IP address and browser details) to Google and may set Google cookies, under Google's own privacy policy. We don't receive any of that data.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal and contractual record-keeping requirements. Contact us at brianschnell@live.ca to make a request.
